Q: What is the price of a gown and can I buy it directly from Casablanca?
A:Retail pricing is left to the discretion of the retail stores. Please contact a retailer near you to inquire about retail prices. We are the manufacturer and sell only to our authorized retailers. We do not sell directly to customers and encourage you to contact your local retailer with questions. Our authorized retailers are professional, knowledgeable and highly trained in selling our gowns and will be happy to help you with ordering information and any other questions you may have.
Q:Can you send me a catalog?
A:Our catalogs are only distributed to our authorized retailers and they will be happy to share them with you in their store. All of our gowns are available to view on our website.
Q:Can you e-mail me a picture of a particular gown?
A: All of our gowns are available to view on our website; therefore we do not e-mail or mail any pictures of our gowns. We only photogragh in the original color sample, we do not have pictures of every color offered.
Q: Can I be put on your mailing list?
A: We do not have a mailing list for the consumer. We only send out mailings to our authorized retailers.
Q:Do you make gowns for petite or plus sizes?
A: Yes, we make gowns to fit ALL shapes and sizes. Please contact your retailer for more information.
Q: If I can’t find the gown I am looking for how can I see it?
A: Call around to the retailers in your area to find out if the gown is on order and when and if they will be receiving it in their store.
Q: Can you provide me with shipping information on my gown?
A: All inquiries regarding the shipping of your wedding gown MUST be directed to the retailer from which you purchased your gown. Casablanca will always refer you to your retailer and is not authorized to discuss any shipping information regarding your gown with you.
