Custom Casablanca Bridal Wedding Dress: Style 2325 Masie + Straps & Beading
There’s nothing like seeing our very own Casablanca Bridal employees walk down the aisle in a Casablanca wedding dress! Cortlin, our Customer Retention & Acquisition Specialist, decided to customize one of her favorite gowns, Style 2325 Masie, for her wedding day – and she knew EXACTLY what she wanted!
Cortlin created a one-of-a-kind, custom silhouette, adding straps and a low-scoop back to the originally strapless design. For a touch of extra-dramatic glam, beading from Style 2343 Evelyn was added to ALL the lace appliques, while heavy beading on the top neckline tied the look together with an effortless glimmer.

Describe your experience of saying “yes” to the dress!
“It was great, I had Casablanca’s head stylist help me put all the pieces together for my perfect dress! We mixed and matched gown styles, fabric, beading, straps and bodice style to create a dress that I always dreamed of. I love the fact that I know there will never be another dress like mine as I personally customized it!”
Tell us your love story!
“Scott and I met so randomly but perfect at the same time! We met through a mutual friend which was my old high school teacher! It was New Year’s Day and when I stopped by one of our local bars to grab a quick drink, Scott and my old high school teacher were there doing the same. Scott and I got to chatting and soon realized we have so much in common! One thing we both loved was to hike. Nothing crazy just local trails. We exchanged numbers and soon went on our first hike as “friends.” From there, things just all fell into place and soon after we were engaged!”
What is your favorite thing about your husband?
“I don’t have just one favorite thing. I have so many! His eyes, how much of a better and confident person I am with him, how he makes me laugh, amazing support system, his passion he has for work, how he always puts our family (and dog) first.”
What is your favorite moment from your wedding?
“Our ceremony! We had my oldest cousin marry us and it was so personal. He made everyone laugh, made us cry, had us all take a selfie at the altar, cracked jokes, gave us some great advise and make it more than I could have ever dreamed of.”
Do you have any advice to brides?
“Add and incorporate as many family traditions to your wedding as possible, go with your heart when making decisions, ensure your gown fits your personality and don’t be scared to customize your wedding gown to be perfect for you!”
