Casablanca Customized: The Allison Gown
Creating your dream wedding gown is not always a simple process. With the number of customization options as vast as the variety of our style selection, the options begin to feel limitless. True to her adventurous spirit, Casablanca bride, Allison pulled details from three separate Casablanca Bridal gowns to create her signature wedding look.
"All of the dresses I tried on seemed to be missing something. I was the bride who always wanted to changes something about the dress...I later came across the Casablanca gown (Style #2153) and told the bridal attendant that I loved it, but would change a couple of things. At that moment, she said the words that were music to my ears: 'This designer can accommodate your changes.' The rest was history."
Allison replaced the second layer of gossamer lace from Style #2153 with a layer of Ivory non-beaded Chantilly lace pulled from the underlay of Style #2120. She also removed the lacy leaf edges and scallops from the sleeves and neckline of the wedding gown, giving a more modern feel to match the look of her destination wedding in Mexico.
The skirt pattern of her wedding dress was completely modified to match the look of Style #2226, keeping the train at its original length while adding a boost of bohemian vibes to the wedding dress.
For added interest, the original scalloped hemline from Style #2153 was added to the entire hemline of the new top layer of the gown. Lastly, for a bit of added glimmer, clear sequins were added to the bodice of the gown.
Allison's custom creation was the perfect fit for a relaxed and intimate beach wedding in sunny Cancun. With the guidance of her bridal gown consultants, Allison was able to mix the right amount of lace in the right places of her gown to create a one-of-a-kind wedding dress with all of the custom details that matter most to her.
Adventurers at heart, Allison and her groom left the United States to travel the world for a year just after 8 months of dating.

Shortly after the proposal, the couple packed their bags to start their new adventure: moving to Puerto Rico! While undergoing the renovations and changes for their new lives together, the couple planned for their dreamy destination wedding from their tropical new hometown.
