A Recap of Spring 2016 Market

Casablanca Bridal - Spring 2016 - Cake Cutting

Market comes twice a year, but this year was different. This time, we came with a new look, a new feel, a new voice. We were loud, and unapologetic. We made it be known that Casablanca Bridal is here to stay. We introduced new designs, of an edgier nature with our Amaré Couture line (More on that later!), new fabrics, and introduced our new classic fit sizing options (more on that later as well!).

Market is a time for us to showcase our designs for the following season for both of our lines: Casablanca Bridal and Amaré Couture.

In the past, Casablanca Bridal has been known of our more traditional designs. We wanted to take things in a bit of a new direction for Spring by introducing designs that are more on trend and have offerings available for every type of bride. Whether sheΓÇÖs traditional, romantic, and carefree or lives a more country way of life, we have gowns for everyone. This season we have introduced new fabrics that are light weight, weΓÇÖve coupled these fabrics with beading and embroidery that uses Swarovski crystals, rhinestones and sequins. Spring certainly has a more ethereal feeling than our past collections, which makes them easy to dress down for a more casual wedding if a bride so desires. For our Amare Couture collection, we wanted to hit the market with designs that were on the more sultry and risky side. We have gowns with high slits, sheer bodices with removable panels, deep back necklines, as well as plunging v-front necklines. WeΓÇÖve introduced new styles as well, including our Mila gown which features a detachable skirt, allowing a bride to have two options for both her wedding and reception.

WeΓÇÖre so excited to introduce our new Spring 2016 collections to you and we feel honored to have been able to showcase these designs at markets in Dallas, Atlanta, New York, Chicago, LA, the U.K. and Canada. We had the opportunity to work with some amazing people this time around. We feel so lucky to have found a crew that felt more like family rather than coworkers. We celebrated our success at market with an all on deck dance party on the runway the very last day of market. We hope you enjoy the video of it below.

Cheers, Casa
