Romance in Foliage

Sometimes you don't need a time machine, just a trolley! On this Wedding Wednesday, we're taking a trip to the crisp foliage to feature Sarah and Kyle's vintage chic wedding in Asheville, North Carolina.

Casablanca bride Sarah had searched tirelessly for the perfect dress until she found the one. Fatefully, it was Style 2215 that first caught Sarah's eye when she stepped into Wedding Inspirations Bridal Boutique on one of her many hunts for a bridal gown. It was October 22, 2015-- exactly one year from Sarah's wedding date.

"I tried it on first and liked it... then I put it on again after about six other dresses." Sarah was encouraged to shop around a bit further, but her heart was set.

"While Beth and the attendant were away (picking out more dresses from the racks), I decided it was the one!" It was a quite, magical moment when Sarah decided she had found her bridal gown.

Sarah and Kyle had been dating for two years when he popped the question. "He was coming to pick me up to go to dinner and I was fussing about what jewelry to wear..."

"Hey babe, how about this necklace?" Kyle called out to Sarah from another room, cleverly and subtly. As she entered the room unsuspecting, Kyle was already on one knee with a little box which held a vintage ring from 1860. It was a truly special one-of-a-kind, just like his bride to be.

Sarah's biggest piece of advice is to breathe and relax: "Little things are going to go wrong. Flowers will be late or dinners will be a little cold-- it's okay! You're marrying the person you love and are surrounded by family and friends. Focus on that."

Listen up, future brides!
