A Vintage Industrial Inspired Wedding

This #WeddingWednesday, Casablanca Bride Danielle is bringing vintage back with an industrial twist. The clean and chalky hues mixed with minimalist design elements created a true one-of-a-kind look and feel that the bride had always dreamed of.

It all starts with a dream of the perfect dress. Shortly after her engagement with her beloved beau, Danielle began her tireless search for a gown that brought out the bride's individuality.

"I work in the fashion industry, so whatever dress I chose HAD to be unique. I did not want to look like every other bride you see on Instagram or Pinterest. I had gone through almost every dress in the store and kept walking past this one dress (Spoilers: Style #2220) at the end of the rack near my dressing room. I had stopped and looked at it twice but passed it up thinking that the beading was too 'bridal'....I knew if I didn't try it on, I would just keep thinking about it."
Danielle gave in and tried on the beaded dress to put her mind to rest.

"I put it on and instantly got 'the feeling' that everyone says you get. The curtain opened and my dad got a huge grin on his face, (his eye may or may not have welled up!)"
Danielle customized her Casablanca Bridal gown by movinging the back zipper to the side ofthe gown so that intricate beadwork on the back of her wedding gown would not be interrupted.

Five and a half years after their first date, atop Enchanted Rock in Fredericksburg, Texas, while taking a photo to commemorate their hike, Adam got down on one knee and proposed to Danielle. The rest of the love story was already written in their hearts.

Mixing sky blue with classic romantic red, Danielle's wedding was the perfect mix of vintage an industrial minimalism. The warm tones from the wooden architecture added a soothing accent in an otherwise simple warehouse setting.

When asked what is her favorite thing about her husband, Danielle answered, "that he has shown me and continue to show me what true love and respect in a relationship looks and feels like."

When sharing wedding advice to future brides, Danielle says "Take in the love and be in the moment. It goes by incredibly fast, so be sure to soak it all up, acknowledge the feeling and remember how great it feels."
